Club's Regulations for Members and Their Guests

To avoid confusion with regard to Members’ bringing in their guests to the Club, we once again lay down a broad guidelines on Guests which are as follows :

• Members, their spouses, sons and daughters (below the age of 18 years) will not be treated as Guests.
• Unmarried Daughters of Members, irrespective of their ages, will not be treated as Guests.
  
  However, they must be accompanied by their parents who are members of the Club.
• Monday to Thursday

  Members can bring Maximum Six (6) guests during these days.

  Guest Charges applicable - Rs.20/- per guest for Lawn and Rs.30/- per guest for Patriot Lounge and Heritage Hall. If the number of guests exceed Six (6), guest charges applicable will be Rs.50/- per guest e.g. for 7 Guests @ Rs.50/- per head, Guest Charges will be 7 X Rs.50/- = Rs.350/-

• Friday to Sunday

  Members can bring Maximum Four (4) guests during these days. Guest Charges applicable will be Rs.20/- per Guest for Lawn and Rs.30/- per Guest for Upstairs Patriot Lounge and Heritage Hall.

  If the number of guests exceed Four (4), Guest Charges applicable will be Rs.100/- per guest, e.g. for 5 Guests @ Rs.100/- per head, Guest Charges will be 5 x Rs.100/- = Rs.500/-.

  Members should obtain permission from the Secretaries in case of number of guests exceed the normal number of guests, as stated above.

• From Monday to Saturday, except Holidays, members can bring maximum of 20 guests at usual Guest Charge of Rs.30/-per guest in Patriot Lounge and Heritage Hall only between 12 Noon and 3.00 P.M. Advance intimation of 12 hours in such cases must be given to Club Office mentioning – number of Guests, date and time.
• Clubbing of several members for accommodating more number of Guests and sitting together is not permissible.
• These rules will not be applicable for Club functions, unless specifically notified to members.
• No Guest(s) will be allowed / entertained if they are not accompanied by Members or their spouses.
• No Guest (s) is / are allowed to sign vouchers on behalf of member(s).

Dress Code

Round Neck T Shirts / Guru Shirts / Panjabi with trousers / Half-sleeve Panjabi and Chappals with trousers are not allowed inside the Club premises.
Track –suits (both upper and lower) are not allowed beyond 10 a.m. in the morning.
